Online check-in: what you need to know

Online check-in lets you confirm your seat and get your boarding pass before you arrive at the airport.

When check-in opens

Each airline has its own check-in window. Check the airline’s website or contact the operator.

What you’ll need

• Your booking reference (PNR), shown on your ticket.
• Your name exactly as it appears in your passport.
• Your travel document details, if required.

If you miss online check-in

Go to the airline’s check-in desk at the airport. Some airlines charge a fee for airport check-in, so check your fare rules.
